Miami (STPI) & Hongkong 2015 (Gajah Gallery) and Moving Spaces at OK Contemporary Art Centre, Linz, Austria. Her public artworks are commissioned for high profile locations
including World Square, Sydney CBD, Meritus Mandarin Hotel and National Museum of Singapore. Victor was nominated for the prestigious New York-based Civitella Ranieri
Foundation Fellowship (2009) and the coveted artist residency at STPI (2014). Her signature kinetic series Contours of a Rich Manoeuvre 2008 was voted top of list of must-see works at Art Stage 2015 by Forbes Magazine Lifestyle. Victor completed her doctoral research on an Australian Postgraduate Award in 2008.

Paul Brinkman’s tertiary qualifications include a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Art and Design, a Graduate Diploma in Management (Arts) and a Masters of Management (Arts and Cultural Management) through the University of South Australia. Paul has served as a Cairns Regional Council RADF member, Museums Australia Queensland committee member, Chair of QARGD, Deputy President of RPGNSW and is an alumni of Museum Australia’s Museum Leadership Program.
As Director and CEO of Cairns Regional Gallery, Paul oversaw extensive renovations and capital works, grew the Collection to over double its previous value and implemented strategies to make it one of Australia’s most entrepreneurial public galleries. As Director of Blue Mountains Cultural Centre, Paul has managed the multi-million dollar construction of the facility and developed and implemented operational and management systems.
Paul has curated and managed touring exhibitions to both national and International venues and has extensive experience in securing funding for major visual arts projects. In 2011 Paul traveled the acclaimed exhibition Malu Minar; Art of the Torres Strait, the first ever international touring exhibition of contemporary Torres Strait artwork from a regional gallery collection.
Since the opening of the Blue Mountains Cultural Centre in 2012, Paul has overseen over 50 exhibitions with highlights including the co-curation of the inaugural exhibition Picturing the Great Divide: Visions from Australia’s Blue Mountains and developing the blockbuster exhibition Brett Whiteley: West of the Divide.

Tom has been directing & producing design work for leading Australian & international brands for the last twenty years. His award winning work can be found in the Australian National Film & Sound Archive and has featured across free-to-air and cable television and in international film festivals.
He has worked extensively in Japan & has produced high end digital work for Toyota, Honda, Acura, Infiniti, Lexus, Sony & Konami. In Australia he has produced design for Foxtel & all of the free-to-air Australian TV channels.
As the Broadcast Design Director of FOX8 – Foxtel’s No.1 channel, Tom delivered two FOX8 channel Re-brands between 2004 & 2009 & oversaw all of FOX8 & BIO (The Biography Channel’s) design for that period.
Since moving to the Blue Mountains in 2009 Tom has continued to consistently produce work for Foxtel from his Leura studio. Initially creating the on-air design for Foxtel Box Office, Tom now produces all of the on-air design work for Main Event Television (Foxtel’s Pay-Per-View Channel)
Tom has also produced various visual design work for live events including work for the 2008 Beijing Olympics opening ceremony & recently contributed to the Ample Projects work “The Nautilus & The Sea” for the 2015 Vivid Festival.
Tom created & developed the “Blue Mountains Film Festival & Yowie Awards” & has recently produced the idents & package for 3Sisters TV. Tom is also currently producing a Blue Mountains based science fiction web series called “Last Ark”.
